The power of choice

Create the world you envision with every choice you make. This perspective can be taken casually or it can be the focus of deep contemplation. For example, what exactly is the role of choice in our lives? Are we conscious of every choice we make? Are we making the right choices for ourselves, our families, our communities, our nations, our earth and even our universe? What does that even mean, to make the right choice for the universe? And are these as separate as they seem or does making a choice in any of these domains affect all of them simultaneously?

Questions bordering on the philosophical but well worth considering in order to affect change. The implications of choice-making are profound as is the mysterious gift of choice itself. To think that the universe has been in process for 13.7 billion years, and that choicemakerz such as the people now reading this page have only been conscious of their ability to choose for the last 250,000 years or so, we must bow in awe at the good fortune we have to actually make conscious choices. With a gift of this significance comes responsibility: are we making the right choices with our gift of choice?

Although Marc’s speaking engagements are based on the fundamental notion of choice, the topics he covers in his presentations are meaningful and varied.
